When signing up for a subscription we sometimes receive user reports of an error when they click 'Buy Now'. It happens because your previous purchases of licenses or marketplace assets have been made in a different currency to that of the one you're trying to buy your subscription in. The error will appear like this:
If this error appears for you, we suggest the following quick fix.
Navigate to the footer of the website and click the on the globe icon:
In the dialogue box that appears select a country at random.
Now refresh the page and return to the globe icon - returning your selection to your country of residence.
Next time you click 'Buy Now' you should be met with a checkout page:
