Helpdesk account changes - Please read!

Shortly the Helpdesk will be updated and will be connected to your YoYo Account rather than your current Zendesk account.

If you already have a Zendesk account that uses the same email address as your YoYo Account, Then this change will not affect you and you don't need to do anything.

If you have a Zendesk account using a different email address to your YoYo Account, you will need to log in to your current Zendesk account and update your email address to match your YoYo Account before Friday 14th October.

If you notice missing support tickets after this date, there is no need to worry as this can be manually resolved by letting us know.
