When creating your games, you may wish to include your own EULA (End Users Licence Agreement). This is a legal requirement for anyone that wants to maintain a minimum of legal control over their games when they have been released. Since writing a EULA can be a difficult process, we supply a sample EULA for you to edit and use in your games. However please note that every game is different and has different requirements and if you are recommended to speak to a lawyer and draft up a unique EULA for your product.
In the attached sample document, all fields marked between [ and ] should be edited to contain your personal information and the data for your game, as well as other options. Bear in mind that this is a general sample EULA and does not cover all possible games, countries or legal positions, and YoYo Games takes no responsibility for it's use in your games.
