You can change the email address attached to your GameMaker license key by creating a helpdesk ticket and submitting a request.
Before you submit a request, please ensure you complete the following:
- Create a Helpdesk account using the same email address which is attached to the license.
- State your license key in the ticket.
- Confirm the new email you would like attached to your license, in the ticket.
Once we have received your request, we will conduct the change as promptly as possible. One of the team will contact you via your Helpdesk ticket,to confirm the change, or if they require any further information.
