We want all of our customers to be delighted with our products and we appreciate that consumers cannot fully determine products suitability from images and description alone. Therefore we have created a free 'Lite' version of all our latest products so our customers can make an informed decision to which program is best suited to fulfil their requirements. Our free version is in place to ensure our customer purchase the correct product by testing the product before they buy.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, software purchased online cannot be returned unless it's not fit for purpose e.g. faulty. If you think the software is faulty please contact the Help Centre where we can address your query.
Before a refund is given we reserve the right to pursue a fix to the problem in an attempt to solve any bug which is causing the product to be faulty. Upon the original problem being resolved, all rights regarding the refund in dispute are revoked from the consumer and no refund will be issued.
Claims for refunds must be made within a 24 hour period of purchasing a product and the product must be proven faulty. Any refund claims made after this time period will not be eligible for a refund. Claims which are made within the 24 hour period and take several days to attempt to resolve but with no success, still reserve the right for a full refund.
Issued refunds will be returned only to the card in which the original transaction was made. Refunds will be the identical amount of the original purchase and promotional purchases will be refunded at the price of the promotional sale. It can take up to 7 working days for a refund to be issued and the refund will only be granted after the dispute is closed. Refunds can take up to another 7 working days to show in the customer’s bank account. We hold no responsibility or correspondence from the moment the refund is issued.
