To gain access to the Educational pricing and free, permanent Teacher licence you will need an existing YoYo Account which we then convert to an Education account, after we have verified the licences will be used for educational purposes.
The process for creating an account and requesting access to an Education account is described in our Signing up for a YoYo Account guide.
Please also refer to our Purchasing Licences guide for further information before opting to pay by bank transfer to create your pro-forma invoice.
When you have followed that guide and added the licences you wish to purchase to a cart, you will see a screen similar to the one below:
At this point, once you have made sure the purchase details - shown on the right of the image above - are correct (you can make any changes required from your Settings > Profile section of the YoYo Account dashboard) you can select "Pay by bank transfer"
An invoice will be created and you will be taken to a page similar to the example shown below:
This page includes all of the information you will need to make a purchase.
To return to this invoice later, you can click on "View invoices" from your account's Seats Page which will take you to your Invoices Page.
When you submit information for the bank transfer, we would ask that you include the 'Order ref.' you have been given (in the case of the example above, EDU3009621049) as the first text in the reference field of the transaction and once payment has been submitted we would ask that you click "Mark invoice paid" to help us track the payment for the purchase.
Payments can be made into the following GBP or USD bank accounts.
Please note: YoYo Games are based in the UK and as such bank transfers from schools within the UK may take 3-5 business days to transfer, with international bank transfers often taking longer.
